An upcoming free one-hour seminar in Erie will help keep you and your organization from unintentionally violating Pennsylvania Act 141 governing your organization's endowment.

The event will be hosted at the Erie office of the public accounting firm of Malin Bergquist, sponsored in collaboration with the Erie Nonprofit Partnership and the Knox Law Firm.

Our guest speakers devote a significant part of their professional practices to non-profit organization governance and management -- Knox Law Firm partner Thomas Tupitza and Malin Bergquist partner Vincent Halupczynski.

A drawing will be held for a $100 restaurant gift certificate, so bring your business card.
