Auditors - The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience with audits of financial statements and quarterly reviews, and audits of management’s assessment of internal controls over financial reporting. Industry expertise in areas such as energy, manufacturing, construction contractors, technology, insurance, oil/gas, biotechnology and start-up ventures is helpful but not required. Senior Tax Accountant - The top candidates will be committed to excellence and have three-to-five years of tax consultancy experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  A CPA is required, and an MST is a plus. The successful candidate will prepare and/or review complex tax returns and conduct moderately complex tax research, assist managers in development of staff, have exposure to international and multi-state taxation, have client contact, and operate in a team environment.
