Gary W. Diefenbach is a partner and certified public accountant with Malin Bergquist, Erie’s fastest-growing accounting firm, with an office in Pittsburgh, PA. He has practiced in Erie for more than four decades.

Mr. Diefenbach serves as a business and tax consultant to a variety of individuals and for-profit businesses.  He works generally with closely held businesses and their owners and has acquired extensive knowledge of the food service distribution business.

In 1987, Mr. Diefenbach was a founding member of the CPA firm Diefenbach Delio Kearney & DeDionisio, which merged with Malin Bergquist in 2007 after two decades of independent practice.

Mr. Diefenbach is a longtime member of both the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is married and holds a bachelor’s degree from Gannon University.
